With sailings amidst magnificent loch scenery in Scotland, on the River Thames and through London's Tower bridge, along heritage coastlines in Somerset Devon & Wales, along the Jurassic Coast of England and Round the Isle of Wight - there is a cruise and a price to suit everyone!

What constitutes a group?
A group is made up of 10 adults or more. There are some cruises where Group discounts are available when booking 6 or more adults. These are clearly indicated on brochures.

Do children qualify for a group discount?
As Child fares are already discounted, no further discount is applicable.

What discounts are available?
A minimum discount of 10% is available - bespoke discounts are also available depending on the size of your group and the cruise you have chosen. Look out for special offers before March 31st 2011.

How can I book?

If you book online, full payment is required at the time of making the booking.

How do I pay?
A 25% deposit is required to secure a group booking. The balance is payable, at the latest, one week prior to your cruise date. Alternatively, you can pay in full at the time of making your booking. If the cruise is well supported we may contact you earlier to confirm numbers and secure payment.

What happens if my numbers increase/decrease?
You can alter your group numbers anytime before your final payment has been made - with any increase in numbers being subject to availability. If your group numbers fall below 10, then you will not qualify for the group discount.

When will I receive my tickets?
A Boarding Pass will be sent for each member of your group when full payment has been received. Boarding Passes will also be sent for bookings made online.

If I have paid in full and a member of my group cannot travel do I get my money back?
No refunds can be given for a sail that takes place. However, if you return any unused Boarding Passes to our office, we can arrange for a credit note to be issued equal to the value of the surrendered Boarding Pass(s).

What Catering facilities are available for groups?
The ships' onboard catering facilities are available throughout the day and you can enjoy anything from a snack to a 3-course meal. If you wish to prepay your group's meals to avoid handling cash on the day, we can issue vouchers to facilitate this.

Can I reserve a separate area for my group?
The Ships' Lounges can accommodate between 25 and 100 guests. They start at £75 per hour and the hire period starts at the beginning of the ship's sailing day. We are not able to accommodate private hire of lounges on all sailings so please check availability for your chosen date by emailing sharon@waverleyexcursions.co.uk.
