Refunds policy:
Full purchase value of goods will be refunded, excluding despatch cost, for goods returned undamaged and unused within 28 days of purchase date, subject to refund request being received by e-mail within this period. Waverley Excursions Limited will not bear the cost of postage of returning undamaged goods. Allow up to ten working days from date of receipt of returned goods for refund.

Damaged goods: Full refund including despatch cost will be made for goods damaged in transit or like-for-like replacement of damaged goods on receipt of returned damaged goods subject to receipt of e-mail requesting refund for or replacement of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Allow up to ten working days for refund or replacement.
