At Paddle Steamer Waverley, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers, including those with accessibility needs.The accessibility of each departure point is categorised as follows:
| A | Category A departure points have no restrictions to accessing Waverley for disabled passengers or those with restricted mobility. |
| B | These departure points may have access restrictions depending on local tidal conditions. |
| C | These departure points have access restrictions with no step-free access. |
Please note that at any departure point there may be steps at the gangway or once aboard Waverley.

- Waverley sails from Ardrossan Harbour adjacent to the CalMac Ferry Terminal. KA22 8ED. Hourly train service to Ardrossan Harbour from Glasgow. Please note the car park for the ferry terminal is currently closed.

- South Harbour, Compass Pier, adjacent to flats, KA7 1JT. Recommended that passengers use the Cromwell Road Free Car Park opposite the Horizon Hotel but allow 15 mins to reach Waverley's departure point. No parking is available adjacent to the harbour.
Rail - approximately 20 minute walk, regular service to Paisley and Glasgow.
Stagecoach West Scotland operate local Service 2A - Ayr Town Centre - Citadel Leisure Centre.

Please note that the pier is accessed from the car park via narrow lock gates that require the use of a step at either end, this is not suitable for wheelchairs.

- Waverley will anchor off Fort William's Town Pier, PH33 6DB. Passengers will transfer from Town Pier to Waverley by Cruise Loch Linnhe's vessels acting as tender boats to Waverley. Please note that passengers in wheelchairs are not able to transfer via tender boat.

Inverness Coach Connection - Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh / Gairloch Coach Connections provided by Mackenzie & MacLennan from the bus stop outside Marks and Spencer in Academy Street, Inverness IV2 3PP. (Next to the Eastgate Shopping Centre).
